If you want to regular practice that you can integreate to your daily routine, this is a good option. Practicing with a group greatly helps.

Keep some regularity in your practice and you will quickly see the benefits: more energy, more grounding, less reactivity.

We meet every morning:

· 7:00am-7:30 am  live during week days  (+ replays available)

· Any time you want on weekends (only replay) *

Invite a friend!

It is sometimes easier (and more fun) to have a regular practice with a friend.

Your registration entitles you to a free guest (simply forward the email you will receive to your friend and send me their email address so that I can send them the replays)
