Weekly classes
The registration is for September-December
If you are not sure you can attend all classes, you can attend the other weekly class.
If you are afraid you will miss too many classes, or can't pay in full, you can purchase a 5 or 10 class pass (that you can use for either class, Monday evening or Wednesday noon)
Monday evening classes
We meet every Monday evening, for an after work practice, 18:30-19:30.
Here are the dates for the September-December classes
17 classes:
September: 1,8,15, 22, 29
October: 6,13, 20*, 27
November: 3, 10, 17, 24
December: 1, 8, 15, 22
*school holidays, but there will be a class

The 17 classes: 560.- (35.- per class and one is on me)
10 class pass 370.- (valid 4 months)
5 class pass 190.- (valid 2 months)

Wednesday noon classes
We meet every Wednesday during the lunch break, 12:15-13:15

Yoga & Sound Journey
We will hold regular Sunday morning yoga & sound journey sessions, together with Elisabeth Perez with every time a focus on a chakra (energy center).
