SUP Yoga
What is SUP yoga?
SUP Yoga is a complete activity that combines fun, strengthening, relaxation, and contemplation.
We offer a relaxed, playful, non-performance practice.
Our key words are: "enjoy the moment, the beauty of the morning lake, the immensity of the sky, the joy of having a body and being alive." The rest follows...
The exercises are accessible to all. A large part of the practice takes place seated on the board.
The challenges and "intensity" are progressive and decreasing. There are moments of pause and integration (Yang/Yin).
Everyone explores their own limitations, honoring what is.
SUP and/or yoga beginners are welcome.

When?
From June to September

Weekend Schedule:
9:00 am to 10:45 am (or 9:30 am to 11:15 am)
The practice time includes preparation, instructions, and warm-up.
The morning practice is ideal when the lake, wind, beach, and mind are calm.

When the lake weather conditions are favorable and we offer a class, you will receive an invitation by email.
To participate in the outing, register by responding to the invitation email you received.
Classes are limited to 8 participants.
