  • sleep is important
  • your sleep has an impact on your health (mentally, physically, emotionally)
  • you need to bring in some changes

Here is what I can offer:

During 21 days (the amount it takes to create a new habit,  to form new neuro- pahways)

I send you 2 exercises per week (every Thursday and Sunday,so that you have time to integrate them)

Practices will be kept short (5-10 min) so that you do not feel overwhelemed and see that you can integrate them to your daily routine

The program is accessible during 3 months ( so that you can test and practice. Afeter a while they will just become automatic)

17 March- 7 April (and beyond). You will have the entire spring season to test the different exercises and incorporate them into your daily life.

When you sign up you will receive a Sleep Journal, to see your patterns and how you feel, to get to know yourself better.

The sooner you sign up, the sooner you get to download the Sleep tracker and start using it.

You will receive the link to the program by email, when we get closer to it.

I will add the exercises one by one, so that you integrate slowly.
