5 Days to Breathe
Time & Location
Breathing is an automatic function, but in our daily lives often filled with stress, with overwhelm, we get into habits that are not necessarily very supportive. You might also need to breathe through a mask a few hours a day due to current Covid measures. The breath gets into some habits, but it could be optimized, in order for us to feel more energized, focused or relaxed.
You might already practice conscious breathing during yoga class, but see how this can affect you when you do it on a daily basis. It is also a way to get into the habit of conscious beathing, and incorporating it to your daily life.
On Sunday 31 October, 6:00 to 6:30 pm we will have a 30 min intro to the program. You are welcome to join even if you have not registered yet and if you have questions.
During the program, we will have
· a daily20 min morning practice, with some simple movements to open the body and wake up the energy, and a focus on the breath.
· a daily 30 min evening practice, with a bit of stretching and a relaxing /unwinding breath
