5 days to breathe
We will have morning and evening short practices. You can attend live or use the replay. And no pressure to do it all, do what you can. Of course regularity brings the best results but see what fits you.

Breathing is an automatic function, but in our daily lives often filled with stress, with overwhelm, we get into habits that are not necessarily very supportive. The breath gets into some habitual patterns, but it could be optimized, in order for us to feel more energized, focused or relaxed.
You might already practice conscious breathing during yoga class, but see how this can affect you when you do it on a daily basis. It is also a way to get into the habit of conscious beathing, and incorporating it to your daily life.
On Sunday 24 April, 20:30 to 21:00, we will have a 30 min intro to the program.
You are welcome to join even if you have not registered yet and if you have questions.
During the 5-day program, we will have :
- a daily 20 min morning practice, with some simple movements to open the body and wake up the energy, and a focus on the breath.
- a daily 30 min evening practice, with a bit of stretching and a relaxing /unwinding breath
(but you are welcome to use the replay if this does not fit your own schedule)
