Yoga at Inner Peace
Weekly classes
During these weekly classes, we will follow the rhythm of nature and the seasons to cultivate our energy and harmony.
The practices are based on Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Energy Medicine Yoga.
The practices will take the season into account (according to Traditional Chinese Medicine) and will vary depending on the time of day: evening practices will be gentler, and midday practices more energizing.
Regular practice offers the best results.
Monday evening classes
We meet every Monday evening, for an after work practice, 18:30-19:30.

*school holidays, but there will be a class

Wednesday noon classes
We meet every Wednesday during the lunch break, 12:15-13:15

Balance your Chakras
Yoga & Sound Journey
We will hold regular Sunday morning yoga & sound journey sessions, together with Elisabeth Perez with every time a focus on a chakra (energy center).
