  • your sleep has an impact on your health (mentally, physically, emotionally)

Here is what I can offer:

During 6 weeks I send you 1 exercise and 1 healthy habit per week (on Mondays)

Practices will be kept short (5-10 min) so that you do not feel overwhelemed and see that you can integrate them to your daily routine

When you sign up you will receive a Sleep Journal, to see your patterns and how you feel, to get to know yourself better.


You will receive the link to the program by email. When you access the dedicated website you will have access to the full program. You have the option to already watch and test everything, but I strongly advise you to integrate bit by bit, one exercise and health habit at a time (ie one of each per week). Incorporating small steps will be more sustainable.
