You want to integrate a short yoga & meditation practice to your daily routine? join us for 21 days, starting 1 February with the New Moon (great to set new intentions) and the Chinese New Year.

This month we will focus on self-care and be gentle with ourselves.
We will meet every week mornings at 7:00 (if this does not suit you, you can always watch the replay) and on weekends at 8:30
When we want to set a new habit it is often easier to do it as a group. So if you want to get into the habit of moving your body, and calming your mind, come and join us!
