21-Day Yoga Morning Practice
We will be working on our energy every morning together, starting just before Summer Solstice and entering fully into summer.

For this new 21-day series I have chosen the 5 Tibetan Rites, which is a very complete set and that we can build together. We will increase the number of repetitions slowly.
This set works on all energy centers (chakras) and related glands.
It will provide you with a beautiful energy for the day.
7:00-7:30 am on week days
8:30-9:00 on weekends* (*subject to change when I teach Paddle yoga)
