What best way to start the day than with a short 30 min yoga practice?

This month we will focus on the kidneys, as this is the main organ of Winter season in Chinese medicine. 

• We meet every week morning live at 7:00 AM (recording availble if you prefer another time) 11-22 Dec

• Weekend + CHristmas break (22-31 Dec) you use the recording whenever suits you
