What best way to start the day and the year than with a short 30 min yoga practice?

"Surya" refers to the sun. This set will provide us with a great energy for the day as well as focus and clarity. It works on our digestive fire as well. Although it is a short practice it is quite complete, with exercises,  breathwork and a meditation.

• Week days: 7:00-7:30 am live  (recording availble if you prefer another time) 
• Weekend:  you use the recording whenever suits you 

Your registration entitles you to a free guest

 Simply forward the link to him/her and send me their email so that I can send them the recordings.

Note that the person gets to benefit from a free pass only once.

New: sign up for 3 months

This year, as I see how difficult it is to keep a regular practice, I invite you to sign up for 3 series (payment in full or in three times, on a monthly basis).

If you do not dare to commit for 3 months, start with one. But keep in mind that any lasting change needs repetition and consistency.
