What best way to start the day and the year than with a short 30 min yoga practice?
"Surya" refers to the sun. This set will provide us with a great energy for the day as well as focus and clarity. It works on our digestive fire as well. Although it is a short practice it is quite complete, with exercises, breathwork and a meditation.
Week days: 7:00-7:30 am live (recording availble if you prefer another time)
Weekend: you use the recording whenever suits you
