What best way to start the day and the year than with a short 30 min yoga practice?

This set will provide us with a great energy for the day as well as focus and clarity. It is working on different ody parts and is quite balancing.

Schedule

  • Week days: 7:00-7:30 am live  (recording availble if you prefer another time) 

  • Weekend:  you use the recording whenever suits you
