The past weeks (and months!) have been a bit tough and taxing for the system, so it is more important than ever to take a moment to get out of our daily obligations, away from the news, to pause, breathe, meditate, sing, dance, journal and share. These moments when we have time to look inward, feel, process, are so needed.

As we move out of winter and transition into spring, let's set our intentions together for this upcoming season.
