Treat yourself to a moment of reconnection, and prepare for the transition to the new season. At the end of winter, you sometimes feel very tired, both physically and mentally, so it is useful to get out of your daily life for a moment to recharge your batteries and prepare for the arrival of spring.

You will be able to regenerate on all levels through: yoga and meditation practices, delicious vegetarian food, the company of people who share your interest in yoga and healthy living, contact with nature, and plenty of free time to listen to your needs and aspirations. A time just for you.

The retreat takes place from Friday 11 March at 5 p.m. until Sunday early afternoon.

Your teachers:

Nadine and Dominique teach different styles of yoga and have a shared passion for a healthy lifestlye and nature. They are happy to teach together for the first time, to offer you a wide range of yoga experiences.

Nadine Graves will teach mainly hatha yoga and Dominique will teach kundalini yoga and Energy Medicine Yoga.

Your booking is confirmed once you have paid the retreat, at the latest on 1 March 2022 (latest on 10 Feburary for the Early Bird).

Should you cancel 10 days or less before the retreat, a reimbursement is possible only if you find someone who can take your seat. Consider taking a cancellation insurance.
