Breathing is a vital and automatic function. However, in our daily lives, with stress, constant information, appointments that follow one another, time on screens, etc., we adopt breathing habits that are not always optimal. By breathing with awareness, we can feel more vitality, focus, or relaxation.
Maybe you've been paying attention to your breathing during a yoga class, but notice what happens when you do it daily. By having this focus every day, you will see that you will begin to pay attention to your breath in your daily life.
The program will be in two phases:
• the 1st week, 20 min of breathing in the morning
• the 2nd week, 30 min of breathing and movement in the evening.
A two-part program, to give you time to assimilate, without overwhelming you.
