Relax & Digest
As we are in this yin phase of the year, when Nature is at rest, let's do the same: slow down, cook some nutritious and wholesome food, have a few practices together and just let the body recharge.

Contrary to spring when we normally have quite some energy bubbling up, I will offer a lighter verion of clean eating & self-care. I want you to introduce more mindfulness into your day and your evening, and for that we will keep the practices short and allow you to place them when it suits you.

You will receive recipes Friday 20 January. You can grocery shop/ go to the market during the weekend, and start removing some food such as alcohol, meat, dairy, coffee and food containing gluten. And we will start on Monday 23 January.
you are invited to join our current 21-day serie (7:00-7:30) during that week, or I will provide you will a short routine you can do on your own
30 min on Monday and Wednesday 18:30-19:00, live or replay
meditation + self-care practice on Tuesday + Thursday replay
I will hold space every evening from 20:45-21:00 or 21:15, so that you can ask me some questions or receive some guidance. I suggest we do that after you have dinner, so that you don't eat too late and you can be fully relaxed.
The meditation and self-care practices can also be done after dinner.
