These six days are entirely about YOU, about slowing down and honoring your body, mind and soul. We invite you to enjoy a simple life, indulge in the beauty of lemon-scented Mediterranean nature and rejuvenate physically, mentally and emotionally.
You will be nourished with vibrant, delicious yet cleansing foods, yoga practices and a balmy early summer sunshine.
And yes cleansing your body can be deeply nourishing and reinvigorating thanks to healing properties of natural and living foods. Our detox will be supported by organic, nutritious and mainly raw foods. All dishes will be free from animal protein, lactose, gluten, yeast, soy and refined sweeteners, yet full of flavors and Mediterranean lemony aromas.
The detox process is also fully supported by yoga practice: movement, meditation, breathwork and relaxation.
You will have two daily yoga sessions, morning and evening.
The morning sessions will be vitalizing, to provide you with a beautiful energy for the day, and the evening practices will be more relaxing. Everyone is welcome to join, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned student.
These daily yoga practices will be pivotal in supporting your digestive system, lymphatic system, and detoxification channels, and the healing processes initiated within the body.
By the end of our week together, you will look radiant, you will feel deeply relaxed, vibrant, lighter, healthier, inspired and ready to dive into the next chapter of your life with clarity and joy.
Mallorca, the Mediterranean island south of Spain, has it all, aquamarine waters, powder-sand beaches, striking mountain scenery, and tranquil countryside with olive groves, citrus farms and medieval villages.
The month of June is ideal for enjoying the great weather and tranquility before the summer season starts.

You will also have the option to have a 1-on-1 yoga session with Dominique, specific to your needs, or a massage or energy treatment.( to be paid separately)

Our home for this retreat is an authentic finca (villa) hidden away in the beautiful rolling countryside in the middle of Mallorca. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, tranquillity and comfort it will be very easy to find peace and relaxation.
The finca is surrounded by spacious garden where all kinds of Mediterranean plants, palm trees and fruit trees create a green paradise. There is a salt water pool with a large sun terrace, hammocks and covered chill-out area.
Holistic health coach, raw food chef and detox mentor. Her holistic approach to health has proven to inspire her clients long-term, her detox programs are based on the principles of living foods medicine and apply vibrant, organic produce, superfoods, fresh herbs and aromatic spices. During her retreats, you will feel a deep nourishment for your body and at the same time you will detox while not feeling hungry.
Has almost two decades of yoga practice and loves to share all the practices she has learned along the way. She is especially passionate about energy work, and all the yoga she teaches integrate that dimension, be it in kundalini yoga or Energy Medicine Yoga. She also loves to offer a full yoga experience and includes not only the yoga poses but also breathwork, mantras, mudras, meditation and relaxation

Transport on the island: we do recommend hiring a car to access beaches and explore the island. The finca is located in Montuïri, a location easy to explore the rest of Mallorca. Several traditional old Spanish villages are only a 5-min drive away. Beaches are a 15-20 minutes drive away.

Hear what participants from our previous yoga detox programs have to say about their experience and the benefits. Thoses were at-home mini program with short yoga practices. This time we will go deeper and you won't have to take care of the cooking. Just show up and enjoy!
The program was so well structured with daily yoga and check-ins. I felt really well supported . After 5 days I feel light and agile in my body, usually I feel tired in the morning now I feel energized. I feel I need less coffee and I eat more fruit. I would love to do this detox again in the future.
The 5-day detox was very rewarding and actually fun. No torture as each participant had options to choose his level based on his capacity. I learnt to appreciate nutritious food- thanks to this course. I also don’t feel crazy cravings. Daily yoga classes helped a lot to keep the mind balanced and body energized.
During detox I felt that my energy was high, more focused mind, good sleep, and feeling lighter. I lost 3 kg, even though it was not a goal. I feel no cravings. Eating heathy, combined with yoga and the breathing exercises are absolutely complimentary. I look forward to the next time.
Is yoga for me?Yoga is open and accessible to everyone, regardless of your age, fitness level, flexibility. You just need an open mind and to connect to your breath. Everything else will follow
What do I need to bring with me?For studio classes, mats, blocks and blankets are provided. You can still choose to bring your own mat if you prefer. For private classes, I recommand brining your own mat. Do wear comfortable clothes. No shoes needes, as the practice will be barefoot. You can keep your socks for the beginning of the class or the relaxation when the body temperature drops.During the class you will need to remove them at some point, to avoid slipping! Light colors and natural fibers are preferable, but it is a personal choice. Wear something you enjoy wearing. No special material is needed, that is the beauty of yoga. You can practice anytime anywhere.
What does a typical kundalini yoga class look like?Each class will have a different topic and sequencing, but generally, when time allows, I will try to include various forms of yoga into it, such as: pranayama (breath work) mudras (hand gestures) asanas (poses) warm-up asanas (poses) - main sequence mantras (yoga of sound) meditation and / or relaxation. The order may vary, depending of the intention of the practice, and the sequence chosen, but this is a general outline. Often between two exercises we stay still to allow the energy and benefits of the previous pose to consolidate.
In what is yoga different from other physical activities?Although yoga has many health and physical benefits, it also works on balancing our energy, stabilizing our emotions and moods, and allows a connection to ourselves, to be present in the now. A yoga practice is a good complement to other sports activities, as it also allows for a lot of stretching, strenghening and develops the breath capacity.
