New beginnings. New start. New energy.

Updated: May 16, 2018

Happy New Year!

With this fresh start, you might be full of ideas, projects, desires. We leave behind us the old and what no longer serves us.

To foster this new energy, I will offer a class on "Building a positive mind" the entire month of January.

In Kundalini yoga, we distinguish 3 types of mind:

  • the negative mind

  • the positive mind

  • the neutral mind

The negative mind is our protective mind, the one telling us not to do something. It often leaves us stuck in a situation.

The positive mind is the risk-taking mind, the one that sees all possibiities and opportunities.

Ideally we should balance both of them, and reach a neutral mind, that allows us to make the right decisions.

As we often have renewed projects, dreams, desires, ideas, I will focus on the positive minde, to help you keep the momentum.

In kundalini it is also traditionally said that if you do something consistently for 21 or 40 days, you create a new habit. If there is any part of this sequence, or any other thing that you want to incoporate in your life, try to start small,do one tiny thing, but do it every day. You will see the results!

And remember, if you do something every day, even if it is small, you will create a major change by the end of the month / season or even year!

Give it a try!

With no pressure, just remember WHY you do it.

“I was born to be real, not to be perfect.”
